HI, slight moan coming on, my pain is really, really bad at the moment, several reasons, the cold weather which never agrees with me, not sleeping at all well because I am unable to get comfy, fell over last week, fractured collar bone, wrist and knocked my self out for 3 days, came round in the high dependency unit with Malcolm holding my hand and whispering "please don't die", so I said "don't be silly", he was very happy that I woke up, now resting at home, I think that we will forget xmas this year, it will be a non event love Kimxx

Hi Kim

I am SO sorry to hear about your fall and not surprised how much pain you are in. You must be feeling absolutely lousy after being out of it for 3 days but thank goodness you are now back home.

Please take care, Kim, and stay indoors. It's VERY cold today and the last thing you need on top of everything else is a cold.

With much love

Dear Kim,

Thank goodness that you did come round! Malcolm must have been out of his mind with worry coming on the heels of his Dad's death. I am so relieved that you are home and hope that you feel a lot better soon. Thinking of you,

OH KIM! You poor love, that must have been SO painful and such a shock to your whole system...

and poor Malcom, I am not surprised he was frantic, thank God you're recovering and at home.

Yes, please keep warm and snug indoors, it is bitter outside..

Hi Everyone, not so good at all today, the injuries hurt and my joints have gone into a flare up, Malcolm called the on call doctor this morning, I couldn't get any relief from the pain, he has kindly given me some Oramorph, I haven't taken it before but I am now, it makes me really sleepy, Malcolm's nephew have invited us for coffee, Malcolm has suggested that he and the family come here, I am really not in the mood for going out love Kimxx

I'm not surprised you don't feel like going out Kim. You are doing the right thing and listening to your body. You must take time to get over this. Hope the oramorph is working for you. Take care.
